A beautiful summer destination wedding in a fairytale chateau in the South West of France. Last August, we had the pleasure to plan, design and photograph this gorgeous wedding in the South of Toulouse. The bride comes from the US, the groom from Ireland and they both leave in London. France was a great meeting point for their friends and families.

The ceremony

The couple chose to celebrate their wedding under this splendid tree on the chateau grounds. They wanted an aisle of flowers on the ground and a semi circle floral arch. A cream draping adorned the tree.

They had live music for the entrance and exit of the couple.

Confetti shot, a fab formal entrance of the couple

We love confetti shots! After a few minutes to themselves, the couple walks amongst all the guests throwing petals at them. Laughs, love guaranteed, and a great highlight of the day!

Cocktails and canapés with a chateau backdrop

Sipping on cocktails and enjoying delicious canapes, on the sound of live music, with a French chateau backdrop, what's more to ask?!

A moment for the couple

Taking couple photos will not only give you these beautiful memories of the two of you, it will also give you a few minutes just to yourselves. The day goes so fast, you're hosting all your guests so enjoy these few moments just for yourself!

Wedding dinner in the chateau courtyard

When planning a wedding, we like to ensure that the group enjoys most of the property and has a progressive itinerary during the day, with varied scenery. After the ceremony under the tree, cocktails by the chateau, the group carried on the evening in the chateau courtyard with an outdoor dinner.

Round tables, cream table clothes, central floral composition, golden cutlery and golden trimmed plates, cream and green candles, sage green stationery and desert pink napkins. Everything came together to match all parts of the day.

The croquembouche, traditional French wedding cake

We love a good croquembouche with sparklers, always an event in the evening!

Partying the night away

The group danced the night away under the barn, with a live band, followed by a DJ. More cocktails, and night snacks came along!
